Effective October 2026
We build fly boxes by hand, one order at a time, in the Flathead Valley, Montana. We treat your information with the same care: we collect only what we need to make and deliver your box, and we never sell it.
What we collect
Order details: your name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and what you ordered, including any engraving text or artwork you send us.
Messages: anything you send us by email, phone, or our contact form.
Browsing information: like most websites, our site gathers basic technical data (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location) through cookies and similar tools.
Payments
Checkout and payments are handled securely by Squarespace and its payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To make, ship, and support your order, and to answer your questions.
To send order updates about your purchase.
To understand how people find and use our site, and to show our work to people who may enjoy it.
Newsletter
If you choose to join our newsletter through the signup form on our site, we use your email address to send occasional news from the shop through Squarespace Email Campaigns. Signup is opt-in only, every email includes an unsubscribe link so you can leave anytime, and we never sell or share your email list.
Advertising and analytics
We use the Meta Pixel to measure visits and purchases on our site and to show MV Works ads on Facebook and Instagram, including to people who have visited before. It records events such as page views, product views, checkout starts, and purchases. We also share product information with Google so our boxes can appear in Google Shopping, and Squarespace provides basic site analytics. These partners handle data under their own privacy policies. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook, Instagram, and Google settings, and block or clear cookies in your browser.
Who we share with
Only the services that help us run the shop, such as Squarespace (website and checkout), payment processors, shipping carriers, and the advertising and analytics partners above. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for your order, warranty support, and our tax and accounting records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop marketing emails. Just email us and we’ll take care of it, subject to records we’re required to keep.
Children
Our site is meant for adults and we don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
