Returns & Our Promise

Every MV Works fly box is made to order, one at a time, in our shop in the Flathead Valley, Montana. We want it to be the box you carry for decades.

Standard boxes

Unengraved boxes and boxes with one of our standard engraved designs can be returned unused, in their original condition, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please email us first so we can help.

Custom engraved boxes

Boxes with custom engraving, such as names, initials, dates, logos, or your own artwork, are made for one person, so they are final sale and can’t be returned.

Damage and craftsmanship

If your box arrives damaged, or ever has a defect in our materials or workmanship, we’ll repair or replace it at no charge. Just send a photo and your order number.

How to start a return

Email gregg@mvworksllc.com or call 406-471-3528 with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the box.
