Rift Sawn White Oak Floating Stair: Swan Lake, Montana

MV Works built the rift sawn white oak treads, landing and handrails for this floating stair in a finished home in Swan Lake, Montana. The oak is carried on black steel stringers with a horizontal-bar railing, both made by Countryside Welding, and the stair rises beside a stone column. LED lighting under the treads lights each step from below. All of the oak has a clear water-based finish. The builder was Crux Builders.
